Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

Now is your chance to own a robotic vacuum. CNET's top models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday and can save you up to 57%.
The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping using apps-based no-go zones. its 180-minute runtime is impressive. It also self-empties and refills its water tank.
1. Roomba j7+ from iRobot
The Roomba J7+, IRobot's most intelligent robot to date, is the Roomba J7+. Its most notable innovation, however, is its camera-based obstacle detection system. It makes use of AI to identify objects like charging cords and shoes. It's the first robot to send you a picture of an object that it encounters, so you can instruct the robot to stay clear of it.
The Combo j7+ is also the best robot to mop we've ever tested, picking up dirt and spills with ease while leaving no trace it was there. The iRobot application makes it simple to control. It can schedule cleanings and even create Keep Out Zones so that it doesn't vacuum in areas you don't want. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start it and stop it with a voice.
The design is also more appealing than the competition. It has a sleek, high-end piece that resembles an toy, not the loud and annoying robot. Clean Base's Automatic Dirt Disposal System is also self-emptying which can cut down on cleaning time.
In our tests the j7+ was quick to pick up and remove dust, dirt and pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brush roll kept the debris in one location rather than sending it scattering all over the floor. It even could take small gravel and sand which other robots can't. It did all this without getting caught in our pet's hair.
Although it's not as smart as the $1,217 Roomba s9+ Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum, and it's not able to clean stairs The j7+ is still a solid option for those who need both mopping and a vacuum in their home. It's not too expensive and the iRobot App makes it easy to use.
While the iRobot Home app is very user-friendly however, we've found it to be less reliable than other apps that work with robotic cleaners. It can take a while to download updates, and at times it's hard to determine if the update is actually working until you've seen it in the action.
2. Roborock Q5+
If you're looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that does more than simply clean your floors A hybrid is the ideal choice. These bots are equipped with a water tank so they can vacuum and mop simultaneously. They also have a range of extra features, including smart mapping, small obstacle avoidance and even the ability to wash and dry mopping pads. The negative is that they tend to be pricey at full retail, but on Black Friday and Cyber Monday they often drop in price.
Roborock produces some of our favorite robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ is no exception. fail to impress. This is the least expensive model in their auto-empty line. Although it doesn't come with some of the premium features (like no-go areas and multi-story memories) but it's an excellent choice for those who are willing to make a few compromises to save a few bucks.
The Q5+ is noticeable gentle around obstacles such as table legs and walls, which makes it an excellent option for homes with a lot of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in removing dust bunnies. This is an area that most robot vacuums of lower quality fall short. The technology used to navigate in the Q5+ is superb too, with very little missed corners and along walls.
Like other Roborock devices as well, the Q5+ can be controlled with a few buttons on the device or through the Roborock app. The app lets you start and stop cleanings. You can also set schedules, design virtual barriers and no-go areas, adjust your home map, or change the room's label.
If robot cleaner opt for the Q5+ model, it ships with a new auto-empty dock that's specifically designed to make this robot easy to maintain. It requires a screwdriver install, but once it's in place, emptying the bin is relatively easy. It features a large LCD screen that is very useful for setting up schedules or changing settings. This isn't a necessary feature for the majority of people, but it's one that will help you keep track of the maintenance intervals for your robot effortlessly.
3. Narwal Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's astonishingly clever in its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design and features are some of the best on the market however, it's also expensive.
Its base station looks good and is hidden when it's not in use, and the size is quite compact. But the station's biggest selling point is how it automates many tasks and functions that other robots leave to you. It can store dirty and clean water and electrolyze and heat the water. Many other robots require you to perform this.
And its vacuuming is impressive, too. It's the few robovacs I've tested that do a really good job of cleaning up debris from unfinished floors, and it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot the 900 series.
The Freo X Ultra is not without flaws, especially when it comes navigation. Its laser sensors and LiDAR sensors aren’t as reliable as other robot vacuums. This means that it is prone to getting stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms in the home. It also can't climb stairs like other competitors and doesn't come with a dock that can create a clean zone for carpets with plush padding.
While it doesn't offer the same amount of cleaning-related options in its app, or as many in-app shortcuts like other robovacs the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for those looking for an all-around great mop and vacuum cleaner that's worth the higher price price.
If you're looking to cut costs or aren't averse to the limitations of the robot, there are plenty of other options on the market. Many of the eufy models cost substantially less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for example, is cheaper and offers a similar in-app experience with more features, including stairs, a fully-function dock, and better overall performance when vacuuming floors as well as high and low-pile carpets.
4. Eufy RoboVac G30
eufy, an Anker company is a long-standing leader of making robot vacuums that strike the perfect balance between features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different, offering a capable cleaning on hard floors and mopping, carpets and other surfaces at a reasonable price. It's easy to setup by snapping one of the side brushes on, switch on and plug in the charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. It is recommended to keep the dock close to an electrical outlet and enough space for it to move, however.
The G30 is a small device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, meaning it will fit under most couches and pieces of low-clearance furniture. Its design is less ostentatious compared to some rival models. It features a sleek black finish with three buttons that are physical for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs the area in a spiral pattern over two minutes), Recharge and Spot Cleaner. You can also connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to use voice commands to do routine cleaning tasks that are not scheduled.
The way in which the G30 cleans is what sets it apart from its rivals. It uses a built-in mapping to create an image of immovable objects it encounters, remembering what it's already cleaned and what it isn't able to access. When it's time to recharge, it automatically returns to its starting point and begins cleaning from where it began.
The sleek G30 isn't without faults however. The iRobot Roomba is more durable and has lower recurring costs. It charges faster, offers the same battery life and performs better on bare flooring or carpet with a low pile. It also has a larger dust bin that doesn't require to be empty as often and comes with an array of boundary strips to keep it away from certain areas. The G30, on the other hand is less expensive and much more manageable to maintain. Its smaller dust canister doesn't need emptying as often and it struggles less with heavy materials such as cereal.
